EXHIBITION HOURS

The exhibition is separated into five distinct zones for Bump In and Bump Out purposes. Each exhibitor will be provided an individual Loading Dock Access Time (if required) within your Zone timings. A confirmation of your zones (Yellow, Pink, Blue, Green & Orange) and your loading dock access time will be communicated to you prior to the convention.

 

We will shortly release the bump-in and bump out times and zones.

FLOORPLAN

The HIRE23 exhibition will be held in The Dome and Hall 2.

​

Each exhibitor has been allocated a space within the exhibition halls and the floorplan is available to download and will be updated regularly. Please note: the floorplan is subject to change.

 

Prior to HIRE23 you will be provided with confirmation of your final booth number once the final floorplan has been released.

Access

ACCESS

During completion of the Online Exhibitor Form you will be required to advise what equipment and/or vehicles you will be bringing and whether you require access to the loading dock. From this information your Loading Dock Access Time within your Bump In & Bump Out ZONE timings will be scheduled.

Due to loading dock restrictions, it is extremely important that all information provided is accurate, and changes are communicated through to No Fuss Event Hire who will be managing access to the loading dock. 

ON ARRIVAL AT THE LOADING DOCK

Access to the Exhibition Hall loading dock is off Australia Avenue (Gate 13) with the exit at Gate 15 (this exits onto Murray Rose Ave). The loading dock is a one-way road. Sydney Showground controls access onto the loading dock and parking in the Fire Lane is strictly prohibited. 

 

Contractors & Exhibitors will not be granted access to the Loading Dock without a high vis vest and enclosed footwear.

​

No Fuss Event Hire will be managing access to the loading dock. Loading dock marshals will direct you up the ramp and transport your equipment directly to your exhibition site from your vehicle as you arrive with use of a forklift if required. Vehicles are not to be parked or left unattended at any time and are to be moved from the loading dock area as quickly as practical. See ‘Parking’ on the Venue page for more information.

It is important that your Loading Dock Access Time is strictly adhered to. If your vehicle/equipment arrives outside of your allocated loading dock access time you will not be permitted access, you will be turned away and be asked to return at your allocated time. If you do not require access to the loading dock, you will be able to setup your booth during the bump in hours.

Inclusions

INCLUSIONS

 There are 3 types of exhibition stands:

  1. CUSTOM BUILD STAND

  2. SPACE ONLY

  3. SHELL SCHEME (included in your exhibition package)

 

Please see below information for the inclusions by type of exhibition stand. You will be asked to confirm your stand type during completion of the Online Exhibitor Form.

Custom Build Stand

CUSTOM BUILD STAND APPROVAL PROCESS

  • All custom build stands must be pre-approved by the HIRE23 exhibition office via email hria@tpmevents.com.au by Friday 21 April 'see Custom Build Requirements' below.

  • As a part of this process the venue will also review your submitted design. 

  • Once approved, you will receive confirmation via email from the HIRE23 exhibition office. Please note: builds must not commence until you have received approval.

  • Please ensure your designs include relevant length, height and width measurements and adhere to your allocated booth space. 

  • Custom builders will also be allocated a Loading Dock Access Time within your ZONE timing so please ensure we receive your custom build contact details when submitting your custom booth design for approval.

BUILD REQUIREMENTS

  • All visible walling must be finished and presentable, this includes reverse sides of your external walls

  • For those near the front of the DOME, your booth will be visible from the balcony viewing platform, consider the finish of the top of your booth if under 10m (H)

POWER

  • Power must be organised with your custom build contractor.

FLOORING

The exhibition hall booth space will be carpeted as part of the build for all exhibitors. During completion of the Online Exhibitor Form, you can select to keep or remove the venue carpet. If you are not ordering flooring through your custom stand builder and wish to organise alternate flooring - please see below suggestion:

If you have indicated you are a ‘space only’ stand, the only inclusion will be the 1 x 4amp power outlet and existing venue carpet.

Harry the hirer Minisite will allow you to:

  • Order furniture and audio visual items

  • Confirm company fascia signage

  • Order power

Harry the hirer have been contracted as the official exhibition builders for HIRE23 to provide shell scheme booths for booths with spaces of:

  1. 3m x 3m

  2. 6m x 3m

  3. 9m x 3m

  4. 6m x 6m

 

3m x 3m inclusions:

  • 2.4m high walls constructed using an aluminium post and frame system that locks together to frame the 3mm white laminate infill panels (amount of walling depends on orientation and placement of stand).

  • Fascia sign on all aisle frontages (35 max characters) (number of frontages depends on booth orientation and placement)

  • 1 x single 4amp power point per stand

  • 2 x LED spotlights are supplied per 9sqm, mounted behind the fascia

  • Flooring consists of 1m x 1m tiles in Ash

​

6m x 3m inclusions:

Harry the hirer will email each exhibitor contact a personalised login link to their MiniSite to capture information related to furniture, signage and power. On your completion of the Harry the hirer MiniSite, you will be able to upgrade your shell scheme booth.
