The HIRE25 exhibition will be held in Exhibition Bays 15 - 20.
Each exhibitor has been allocated a space within the exhibition halls and the floorplan is available to download and will be updated regularly. Please note: the floorplan is subject to change.
Prior to HIRE25 you will be provided with confirmation of your final booth number once the final floorplan has been released.
LOADING DOCK
The Loading Dock doors to the MCEC Exhibition Bays 15 - 20 have restrictions of 6.2m (H) and 7.4m (W).
Traffic flows in a one-way direction in from and out to Normanby Road. All vehicles entering the loading dock will be required to check in at the boom gate.
LOAD LIMITATIONS
Loading Dock = 20kPa (2000kg/m2)
Exhibition Halls = 20kPa (2000kg/m2)
Exhibition Concourse = 5kPa and Knuckle Boom Capable
The exhibition halls are not permanently carpeted
SAFETY
Hi-Vis vests and closed shoes must be worn at all times whilst onsite at MCEC during bump in and bump out.
All electrical equipment (leads, power boards, LCD’s, computers, etc) must be tested and tagged in accordance with relevant Australian standards before they are used onsite. The use of double adaptors is not acceptable. AS/NZ approved power boards can be used in place of these.
Exhibitors must ensure that all loose cables are secured to avoid tripping hazards.
VEHICLES
Any vehicles you are bringing onsite must be noted in your Online Exhibitor Form submission with vehicle SPEC sheets noting vehicle weights and dimensions. All vehicles require approval from the Organisers & MCEC.
Any vehicles displayed on your stand must have a full fuel tank and a drip tray underneath. Damage to carpet tiles will incur a charge.

RIGGING
Rigging is permitted in most areas of the HIRE25 exhibition space.
Rigging of banners or display of equipment must be contained within your booth space allocation and not overhanging any aisleways or neighbouring booths
If you wish to book in rigging, please contact the venue's preferred supplier, Clifton Productions directly.

PARKING
Best Parking Access for HIRE25 is available below:
Pre-Paid parking from $13 per day is available for Exhibitors at HIRE25. Please use the below link to book your parking.
Car Park Entry is located on Normanby Road. Exhibitors will be able to access the Exhibition Centre via lifts up to Door 10.
