The HIRE26 exhibition will be held in The Dome and Exhibition Hall 2A at Sydney Showground.
Each exhibitor has been allocated a space within the exhibition halls. The floorplan is available to download and will be updated regularly. Please note: the floorplan is subject to change.
Prior to HIRE26, you will be provided with confirmation of your final booth number once the final floorplan has been released.
LOADING DOCK

Access Points: Access to the loading dock is via Gate 13 on Australia Avenue. The loading dock operates on a one-way system: enter from Australia Avenue and exit at Gate 15 on Murray Rose Avenue.

Clearance Dimensions: Each exhibition hall can be accessed via a 5.6-meter-wide x 4.5-meter-high loading dock door.

Traffic Flow: The loading dock operates on a one-way circulation system to maximise efficiency.

Unloading Limit: A 30-minute unloading limit applies to all vehicles on the loading dock. Times for larger vehicles are at the loading dock attendant’s discretion.

The exhibition halls are not permanently carpeted.
SAFETY
-
Hi-Vis vests and closed shoes must be always worn while onsite during bump-in and bump-out.

All electrical equipment (leads, power boards, LCDs, computers, etc.) must be tested and tagged in accordance with relevant Australian standards before they are used onsite. The use of double adaptors is not acceptable. AS/NZ approved power boards can be used in place of these.

Exhibitors must ensure that all loose cables are secured to avoid tripping hazards.

Contractors & Exhibitors will not be granted access to the Loading Dock without a high-vis vest and enclosed footwear.
VEHICLES
-
Any vehicles you are bringing onsite must be noted in your Online Exhibitor Form submission with vehicle specifications noting vehicle weights and dimensions. All vehicles require approval from the Organisers & Sydney Showground.

Any vehicles displayed on your stand must have a full fuel tank and a drip tray underneath. Damage to flooring will incur a charge.

Important Deadline:
All service applications must be submitted 5 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT MOVE IN DATE to ensure availability. Late submissions cannot be guaranteed.

RIGGING
Rigging is permitted in most areas of the HIRE26 exhibition space.

Any rigging of banners or display equipment must remain within your allocated booth space and must not overhang aisles or neighbouring booths.

All rigging work will be scheduled according to your assigned zone timing.

PARKING
Sydney Showground offers a range of parking options for exhibitors during HIRE26. To ensure a smooth experience, it's recommended to pre-book your parking space in advance.
Parking Options:

Single Entry Parking Pass: $20 per vehicle per day. This pass allows for one entry and exits on the same day.

Multiple Entry Parking Pass: $25 per vehicle per day. This pass permits multiple entries and exits on the same day.

P1 Car Park: Located on Dawn Fraser Avenue, this is the closest parking facility to Sydney Showground.

P5 and P6 Car Parks: Also near the venue.
