BOOKING FREIGHT
Expo Freight has been appointed as the preferred freight provider for HIRE26.
Expo Freight can offer an end-to-end solution for any of your event logistic requirements. Specialising in event freight movements, utilising our service assures that your items are being handled with complete care and meets all operational deadlines.
Please note all freight bookings must be registered via the Expo Freight portal no later than Thursday 7th May 2026.
How to book with Expo Freight:

For all bookings please login via the Expo Freight Portal. If this is your first time utilising the portal, please locate the welcome email which has been sent to you. This will contain login details and a temporary password. Alternatively, you can register a new account via the provide links or by visiting www.expofreight.com.au.

Once you have created an account, please login and search for "HIRE26" under the new booking request link on your dashboard. Once your enquiry has been submitted one of the friendly team will reach out to progress this further.
Freight Collection Deadlines
Please note all enquiries must be submitted by Thursday 7 May 2026 via the Expo Freight Portal and the following freight collection deadlines are applicable:

DELIVERY LABEL
Sydney Showground will not accept any freight, deliveries / shipments on behalf of the Licensee or exhibitors. Any delivery addressed to an organiser or exhibitor must be made during the event period to the space in use for the event. Therefore, the earliest date for delivery is Monday 18 May, 2026.
A delivery label must be affixed to each item sent to Sydney Showground. Please download the Venue Delivery Label below. All labels must be marked with the name of event, room/hall and date of event.
STORAGE
Exhibitor storage is available onsite. Space is limited.
If you require storage of items during the HIRE26 exhibition, please advise during completion of the
Online Exhibitor Form.
Any items that require storage during the exhibition will need to be labelled with your company name, booth number and contact details. During Bump In - please advise No Fuss Event Hire so they can transport your items from your booth into the storage areas.
Any items that you need during the show we recommend keeping on your booth as storage will not be accessible during the exhibition.
At the end of the exhibition, No Fuss Event Hire will bring your stored items to your booth during Bump Out.
